I am currently not in a management position, but I aspire to be. I would love to try and use this certification to further my education and hopefully promote. Any suggestions? Would it be worth it? My instinct is telling me that it would be; I just wanted to ask around first. I would love to hear how Six Sigma was/wasn’t successful for others. Thanks!

Any certification, extra classes, or the like is worth it. It may not pay off at your current position, but with the added skills and knowledge, you can move ahead period.
