Will a Six Sigma Cert help despite no Bachelors?

I have been a professional for about 10 years now, and been in management, but due to the mortgage crunch, had to leave my old company. I did not finish college, and I don’t want to go back to it, because I don’t feel a Bachelors at 33 with 10 yrs of work experience will make a difference right now.

I am signed up for 3 Six Sigma courses statring in May, that should end in January. Will this be a benefit for me professionally (if I want to change industries) and in looking for more stable jobs in management, etc?

More relevant training *never* hurts. I’m not in management, but I’m sometimes confused how you can learn some of these skills in a college classroom. I’d tend to probably agree with you that you may not need the degree so much when you’ve got 10 years of actual experience in your background.
At this point, you are demonstrating a desire to learn and improve on your management skills. You’ve been out there, probably understand how to work with people and accomplish the jobs halfway efficiently, and now you’re trying to improve on your ability to be an efficient manager rather than just doing the same thing you’ve always done.

    Granted, I’m still an outsider. . . but that’s what I’d see.
